BDE/ Sales Executive role is part of hard-core sales team who is key member in Banks growth journey. It Requires rigorous hard work to bring NTB from all kind of customers in the area. Customer can be from retail, salary, corporate sector and has a banking required can be associated with the bank. You should look at every person (KYC holders) from the perspective of potential customer. This has hard work as well as high earning potential of incentives, faster promotion etc.

• Amazing selling skills

Are you willing to take up the challenge of being in the field entire day to generate lead and bring new business?

• Can you bring in absolute brilliance in getting us Savings & current account customers

  1 Current account and savings account per day. Can you do it?

• Someone who can turn opportunity to sales

Join us if you can make 12+ outbound calls per day and are relentless in your efforts be it follow up of references, visiting shops, buildings, houses shall be required to bring in business.

• Dil Mange More.

  You shall be also be required to do business of Life Insurance and General insurance in a month and it shall be part of monthly targets.

• We need someone who is street smart. Literally!

  Your office is where your work takes you. You don’t need to be in office and have workstation as it is not a branch-based Operations profile rather its hard core field sales profile

• Someone who is willing to be put on a fast track promotion program
