Events Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through the strategic planning and execution of events. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic planning. Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute events to meet client objectives. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure successful event outcomes. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to inform event strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in event sales, event management, or a related role within the advertising or marketing industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong network of industry contacts and relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
