Events Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Manager Events & Activation to join our team. This role demands a mix of sales acumen, client servicing, and flawless execution. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth on-ground execution of events and brand activations. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and activation space Pitch creative and strategic activation ideas to potential clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Client Retention & Expansion Serve as the point of contact for existing clients Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business Identify opportunities to expand accounts through up-selling and cross-selling Vendor Management & Negotiation Source and onboard reliable vendors and partners for production and logistics Negotiate costs and timelines while maintaining service quality Build and manage long-term vendor relationships On-Ground Execution Oversee event planning, setup, and on-site execution end-to-end Coordinate logistics, staff, materials, and permissions Ensure all deliverables are executed as per client expectations and timelines What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field 1–3 years of relevant experience in events, brand activations, or experiential marketing Excellent communication and client handling skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability Willingness to travel and be present on-site during events Knowledge of vendor landscape and production processes is a plus What You’ll Get: Opportunity to work with top brands and creative campaigns A collaborative team environment Hands-on experience with end-to-end event execution Location: Kolkata, Tollygunge Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:30am to 7:30pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
