Events Manager

Role & responsibility

• Plan and execute

  corporate events

  such as conferences, seminars, product launches, town halls, annual meets, exhibitions, CSR events, and client engagements
• Coordinate with

  internal stakeholders

  (HR, Marketing, Sales, Leadership) to understand event objectives
• Manage

  end-to-end event lifecycle

  concept, planning, execution, and post-event evaluation
• Prepare

  event budgets

  , track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution
• Source, negotiate, and manage

  vendors

  (venues, AV, dcor, catering, logistics, artists)
• Oversee

  event branding, collateral, and communication

  in coordination with marketing teams
• Ensure

  timely execution

  of event deliverables as per agreed timelines
• Manage

  on-site event operations

  , registrations, guest handling, and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with

  company policies, safety, and legal guidelines

• Prepare

  post-event reports

  , feedback analysis, and ROI measurement
