Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team at Le Mridien. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in event planning and coordination, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Create and manage event schedules and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve event goals.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Familiarity with event management software and tools.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
