Events Coordinator

ISST is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to plan, execute, and manage events under ISST, MESA (Maharashtra Esports Association), and Pro Gaming by ISST.
The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for sports, esports, and event execution. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end event operations, vendor management, on-ground supervision, and ensuring a smooth participant experience

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution

• Lead planning and operations for ISST academic events, conferences, orientations, convocations, leagues, and competitions.
• Coordinate esports tournaments and gaming events under MESA and Pro Gaming by ISST.
• Create event timelines, budgets, checklists, and logistics plans.

On-Ground Management

• Supervise setup, branding, registration counters, stage management, crowd flow, and hospitality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, participants, partners, speakers, and officials.
• Manage volunteer teams and assign responsibilities.

Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with internal departments—Academics, Marketing, Sales, BD—for event needs.
• Liaise with partners, venue owners, esports cafés, corporate clients, and sports industry stakeholders.
• Handle real-time troubleshooting during events.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain event documentation, attendance data, vendor bills, and post-event reports.
• Ensure adherence to ISST’s quality standards, professionalism, and timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Events management: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi, Marathi and English (Preferred)
