Event Sales Executive

Job Description As an Event Sales Executive, your role will involve being the first point of contact for clients, understanding their event requirements, and converting leads into successful event closures. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, preparing event proposals, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless event execution. Your strong relationships with clients will ensure repeat business, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets will be essential. Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary contact for clients, comprehending their event needs. - Generate new business opportunities and handle incoming inquiries. - Prepare and present event proposals, quotations, and budgets. - Collaborate with internal event and production teams for smooth event execution. - Maintain strong client relationships for recurring business. - Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed projects. - Participate in client meetings, venue visits, and event briefings as necessary. - Ensure timely communication, documentation, and reporting of sales activities. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
