Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Event Sales Executive to join our team at Kochi and Trivandrum locations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the events industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into successful event closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and understand their event requirements.
• Generate new business opportunities and manage incoming inquiries.
• Prepare and present event proposals, quotations, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the internal event and production teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Participate in client meetings, venue visits, and event briefings when required.
• Ensure timely communication, documentation, and reporting of sales activities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the events industry (corporate/wedding/production).
• Strong knowledge of budget preparation, proposal drafting, and costing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (Malayalam added advantage).
• Ability to handle client interactions confidently and professionally.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ready to join immediately.
• Preferred candidates from Kochi or Trivandrum locations.
• Ability to travel for client meetings, venue visits, and event coordination when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
