About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage

  end-to-end execution of on-ground projects

  , including venue finalization, setup, set design, LED screens, branding collaterals, and more.
• Work closely with

  internal teams

  to understand project requirements and deliver set and venue designs accordingly.
• Build and maintain a

  database of agencies

  for set design, lighting, stage, and event production.
• Liaise with

  hotels and venues

  to manage bookings, rooming arrangements, and event logistics.
• Maintain a

  repository of hotel options across metro cities

  for quick reference.
• Bring

  creative ideas

  and out-of-the-box thinking to event setups, ensuring innovative and engaging designs.
• Stay updated with

  new-age technologies

  in event production and integrate them into projects for enhanced impact.

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in

  event planning, production, or project management

  .
• Strong understanding of

  set design, lighting, and event technology.

• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to

  multi-task and manage timelines

  in a fast-paced environment.
• A

  creative aptitude

  with attention to detail and design.
