About the Role:

Event Production Executive

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end event execution from planning and fabrication to final setup.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, artists, and production partners to ensure timely delivery and flawless execution.
• Manage fabrication and production elements including stage, lighting, sound, branding, and installations.
• Handle event logistics, permissions, and ground-level coordination.
• Maintain detailed checklists, timelines, and budgets for each project.
• Collaborate with internal teams on event concepts, planning, and recce.
• Act as the lead on-ground representative in Delhi during event execution.
• Provide structured event reports and updates to the core team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2  years of relevant experience in event production, concerts, gaming activations, or brand experiences.
• Strong technical understanding of fabrication, stage setup, AV systems, and production workflows.
• Excellent coordination and vendor management skills.
• Familiarity with the Delhi events and vendor ecosystem is a big advantage.
