Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Production Specialist located in Greater Kailash 2. The Event Production Specialist will oversee the planning, production, and execution of events, managing all aspects including logistics, timelines, budgeting, and on-ground coordination. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event management and aligning deliverables with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
• Strong Event Production skills, with attention to execution detail
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
• Proven ability in Budgeting and financial management for events
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage tight timelines
• Experience in working at high-pressure events or managing multiple projects
• Knowledge of the event management industry and current trends
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or relevant field is a plus
