Role Overview: As an Event Production Executive, you will play a key role in overseeing the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring seamless production and coordination with various stakeholders. Your sharp, hands-on approach and attention to detail will be crucial in managing technical aspects and on-ground operations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire event execution process, including planning, fabrication, and final setup. - Coordinate effectively with vendors, venues, artists, and production partners to guarantee timely delivery and flawless event execution. - Manage fabrication and production elements such as stage setup, lighting, sound, branding, and installations. - Handle event logistics, permissions, and ground-level coordination to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain detailed checklists, timelines, and budgets for each project. - Collaborate with internal teams on event concepts, planning, and site visits. - Serve as the primary on-ground representative in Delhi during event execution. - Provide structured event reports and updates to the core team for review and feedback. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in event production, concerts, gaming activations, or brand experiences. - Strong technical understanding of fabrication, stage setup, AV systems, and production workflows. - Excellent coordination and vendor management skills. - Familiarity with the Delhi events and vendor ecosystem would be advantageous.,
