Working Hours: Full Time, 10:30AM-6:30PM (Two Saturdays off per month)

Key responsibilities & duties

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Production Executive.

• The Event Production Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of managing and executing events.

These tasks include:

• Event planning

•Event production

• Event management

• Communication and budgeting.

• The Event Production Specialist will work closely with the client and the White Massif team to ensure that the client’s objectives and vision are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications

• Event Planning, Event Production, and Event Management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as the candidate will be communicating with clients, vendors, and team members

• Budgeting skills and experience in managing project budgets

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Experience in event logistics and production

• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Experience with event technology and production tools is a plus

• Male candidates preferred

Work experience

• Preferred relevant experience- 1 to 3 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
