Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Production Specialist located in Noida. The Event Production Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, handling budgets, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. The role also includes collaborative communication with internal teams and clients to conceptualize and produce high-quality events that align with client goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Planning, Event Production, and Event Management to ensure seamless project execution
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management to plan and oversee event expenditures
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
• Prior experience in event planning or production is highly desirable
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices
