Role Overview:

The Event Intern will assist the core team in planning, coordination, and execution of weddings and social events. This internship is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event management, client servicing, and creative planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in pre-event planning, including brainstorming concepts, layouts, and décor ideas.

• Support the team in vendor coordination and procurement of materials.

• Prepare basic documentation, event checklists, and assist in budgeting under supervision.

• Help in creating mood boards, presentations, and proposals using Canva.

• Be actively involved in on-ground execution, including setup, guest management, and event flow.

• Assist with behind-the-scenes content creation for social media (optional).

Requirements:

• Education: Students/Graduates from Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields preferred (not mandatory).

• Passionate about weddings, design, and event management.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & Canva (training can be provided).

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Must be flexible with timings (events often require evening/night hours and weekends).

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.
