Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for an Event Planning Intern, located in Chennai. The intern will assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating events both virtually and in-person. Key responsibilities include creating event proposals, managing logistics, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring events are executed seamlessly. The intern may work remotely for certain tasks, with occasional in-person requirements in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management to coordinate and execute successful events
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders
• Experience or knowledge in Project Management and Planning to ensure timelines and objectives are met
• Ability to manage details, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using standard office software and event management tools is beneficial
• Enthusiasm to learn and take on challenges, with a proactive mindset
