Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Event Planner / Manager to join our team at Event-U-All, with 1-6 years of experience in the Events / Live Entertainment industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and plan events from conception to execution, ensuring seamless logistics and timelines.
Develop and manage event budgets, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality services.
Create and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and event requirements.
Manage event marketing campaigns, including social media promotion and ticket sales.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in the Events / Live Entertainment industry.
Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to think creatively and outside the box, with a focus on delivering exceptional events.
Familiarity with event software and technology, such as CRM systems and social media platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
