Event Planner Luxury & High-Profile Clients

You are an experienced, highly creative, and detail-oriented Event & Wedding Planner responsible for managing bespoke events and weddings for elite clients. Your role involves bringing a sophisticated aesthetic, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to flawlessly execute high-profile events from concept to completion. Your key responsibilities include conceptualizing, planning, and executing end-to-end luxury weddings, private events, and high-end corporate functions. You will manage all event elements such as venue selection, vendor negotiation, design, entertainment, hospitality, security, and logistics. Collaboration with high-profile clients to understand and deliver on their vision with discretion and professionalism is essential. Creating and managing timelines, budgets, and production schedules, as well as sourcing and liaising with premium vendors, designers, decorators, catering, AV, artists, etc., are also part of your role. Additionally, overseeing on-site event setup, rehearsals, and execution with precision, ensuring adherence to legal, safety, and health standards throughout the event, and maintaining post-event reports, client feedback, and vendor reconciliations are crucial tasks. You should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in luxury wedding or event planning, a proven portfolio of premium events, and high-profile client management. Strong aesthetic sense, up-to-date knowledge of global trends in luxury weddings/events, excellent project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills, as well as high emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are required. Flexibility to travel across locations for destination weddings/events is essential. Certification in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred, along with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. A network of top-tier vendors and service providers across India and/or globally is advantageous.
