Event Planner

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner to coordinate and manage a wide range of events, from small gatherings to large-scale functions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in event planning, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with vendors, venues, decorators, catering teams, and makeover teams to ensure smooth event execution.

· Contact and follow up with potential clients to schedule meetings and book the appointments.

· Prepare event proposals, budgets, and timelines.

· Plan, organize, and execute events such as corporate meetings, conferences, and all types of celebrations.

· Manage logistics including venue setup, audiovisual arrangements, and guest accommodations.

· Oversee event promotion, registration, and on-site coordination.

· Handle client communication, feedback, and post-event reports.

· Ensure events are completed within budget and meet client expectations.

· Maintain and update event documentation and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

· Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of event management tools.

· Creativity and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
