Event Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Planner to manage end-to-end event planning and execution, for our Dubai based client. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments across international locations, and will be responsible for Event Planning and Coordination, on-site Management, stakeholder and committee management, sponsorship & volunteer support, and budget & reporting.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of event or conference planning experience (technical/academic preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Experience working with committees or professional societies is an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive, independent, and adaptable
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/event tools is a plus
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events

Work Conditions:

• Remote role with regular computer use
• Requires travel for domestic and international events
• Ability to manage extended work hours during event periods
