Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Planner located in Delhi. The Event Planner will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, venues, and vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. The Event Planner will also be involved in sales activities to promote event services and meet targets.

Qualifications-

• Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to define event goals, target audience, and desired outcomes.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines.
• Create detailed event plans including budgets, schedules, and logistics.
• Oversee setup and teardown of events.
• Serve as the main point of contact during the event to troubleshoot issues in real-time.
• Ensure events run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
• Select and negotiate with vendors (venues, caterers, decorators, AV technicians, etc.).
