Event Operations Executive

at Exito Media Concepts Pvt Ltd, you are expected to ensurethe operational efficiency of the events. You should be comfortable with global travel andspontaneous decision-making. Your role will include overseeing the entire logistic & operationalvertical of our business process to ensure the smooth functioning of our events.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work :

● Execute all event operations including, but not limited to, venue booking, merchant/vendor management, print production, etc.● Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the events & organization.● Ensure operational activities remain on time and within the defined budget.● Maintain detailed records of operational & logistical details.● Identify and liaise with vendors (caterers, AV providers, venues, etc.) to ensure quality service and adherence to budgetary constraints.● Act as the main point of contact during events, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring the event runs according to plan.● Travel to events (international & domestic) to oversee the on-site event operations.Requirements

• 1 - 2 yrs of experience in event operations or in the travel & tourism industry.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration or related field.
  
• Strong budget development and oversight skills.
  
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of
  
• the event operations and customer service.
  
• Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
