Job Title: Event Marketing Co-Ordinator

Work Mode: Onsite

About the Role:

Were looking for someone passionate about events to plan and manage virtual/in-person events and webinars. If you enjoy organizing, coordinating, and bringing people together, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute webinars to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Research and identify relevant virtual /in-person events and industry conferences.
Coordinate with event organizers and set up discovery calls.
Work with leadership to identify key events that align with our goals.
Handle event logistics, promotions, and audience engagement.
Track budgets and ensure cost-effective event execution.

Pre-requisites:

1+ years of experience in event marketing or coordination.
Strong organizational and research skills.
Excellent communication skills to engage with event organizers and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines efficiently.
Creative and passionate about hosting events.
Experience in hosting webinars is a plus.
