Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Events Manager to join our Corporate Communications team.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary liaison for our external event agency partners. You will articulate requirements, review agency proposals, track their deliverables against strict timelines, and ensure they adhere to Delhivery's quality and brand standards.
Partner closely with the internal Creative team to ensure all event collateralfrom digital screens to physical fabricationstrictly aligns with brand guidelines.
Conduct thorough venue sourcing and booking
Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for specific specialized vendors (where the agency is not involved) such as niche gifting or photography. Negotiate competitive rates and favorable payment terms.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate merchandise and event assets. Manage procurement, quality checks, and dispatch of "swag" kits to multiple locations across India, leveraging Delhiverys own logistics network where possible.
Travel and stay management for attendees and guests
Manage registration desks, badge printing, and help desks. Oversee Food & Beverage (F&B) service flow to ensure dietary requirements and hygiene standards are met.

What we are looking for:

2-4 years of hands-on experience in event operations, logistics
Bachelors degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
