Job Description

Job Summary Were seeking a driven and energetic Pre-Sales Executive to be the first point of contact with prospective customers. Your mission: turn cold leads into warm opportunities by identifying pain points, sparking interest, and qualifying prospects into high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). You'll work closely with marketing and sales teams to build pipelines and drive growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels Engage and educate prospects about the companys products/services Quality leads based on fit, interest, and readiness (convert cold contacts into MQLs) Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads as needed Maintain detailed records of all lead interactions in the CRM Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and optimize lead nurturing Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead conversion and outreach targets Continuously test and optimize outreach scripts and strategies Gather market insights and prospect feedback to help improve the position in Requirements 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role Experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven Familiarity with MQL/SQL criteria and sales funnels Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
