Job Description

Job Title: Event Marketer

Location: Onsite

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Head of Marketing

About the Role

We're hiring an Event Marketer who can craft compelling in-person experiences that drive both brand awareness and business growth. From private dinners and executive roundtables to large-scale conferences and industry roadshows, you'll be responsible for planning and executing high-impact events that spark meaningful conversations and generate pipeline.

This role requires a unique blend of creativity, operational execution, and strategic thinking. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams — including sales, product marketing, ops, and performance to ensure every event not only reflects the brand but also delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Research and evaluate conferences and events that align with our target audience
  •  Coordinate with conference organizers to understand sponsorship models, get attendee lists, and assess fit
  •  Finalize participation and budgets based on event goals, costs, and ROI potential
  •  Plan and manage all logistics, including ticketing, giveaways, booths, signage, and collateral
  •  Lead the execution of private dinners and small-format hosted events including venue scouting, restaurant shortlisting, menu finalization, and experience design
  •  Collaborate with product marketing, performance marketing, sales, and ops to align on event strategy, targeting, and messaging
  •  Translate brand positioning into event messaging, content, and on-site presence
  •  Coordinate landing pages, invites, brochures, social teasers, and post-event follow-up materials
  •  Manage RSVPs, track attendance, and ensure guest experience is seamless and aligned with our brand
  •  Track and report key metrics like engagement, meetings booked, pipeline influenced, and overall event ROI
  •  Run event retrospectives to document learnings and improve future execution
  •  Communicate proactively with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to keep plans on track

What We're Looking For

  •  1–2 years of experience in B2B event/field marketing or similar roles
  •  Strong planning, project management, and execution skills
  •  Creative thinker with an eye for experiences that stand out
  •  Great communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills
  •  Comfortable owning multiple events across cities and formats

Bonus If You Have:

  •  Experience organizing small-format events (private CXO dinners, roundtables, roadshows)
  •  Familiarity with tools like

    Notion, Airtable, HubSpot and Luma
