Event Manager

The Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events — from corporate conferences and product launches to social gatherings and exhibitions. This role ensures all events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals, brand image, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all aspects of events, including concept development, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
• Liaise with clients, sponsors, and internal teams to understand objectives and deliver outstanding experiences.
• Prepare detailed event proposals, timelines, and budgets.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee event branding, marketing, and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Manage event registration, guest lists, and communications.
• Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
• Monitor and evaluate event success through feedback and post-event reports.
• Stay current with industry trends and introduce innovative event strategies and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in event planning and execution (corporate, social, or public events).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
