Event Manager

We're hiring for an experienced Events Lead with 8 + years of experience in Event based out of Gurugram to design and deliver large-scale, high-impact event properties for our Schools Vertical. This is a high-ownership role where your creativity and leadership will shape brand experiences, drive community engagement, and leave a lasting mark on education in India.

Responsibilities

• Strategise & Conceptualise:

  Create innovative, engaging event formats aligned with our brand’s mission—tailored to students, educators, and education thought leaders.

• Lead End-to-End Execution:

  Plan, manage, and flawlessly execute flagship events such as academic festivals, leadership summits, and educational conferences across multiple cities.

• Project Management:

  Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agency partners, vendors, and schools to ensure every detail is aligned and events are executed on time and within budget.

• Brand-Building:

  Establish our events as marquee properties that enhance brand recall, amplify reach, and drive conversations in the education space.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with academics, marketing, admissions, and leadership to align on objectives and create events that reflect our ethos and goals.

• Innovation & Impact:

  Bring fresh ideas, integrate tech and digital tools, and explore new event formats to increase scale, impact, and engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in planning and executing large-format B2B/B2C events, preferably across geographies.

Required Skills

• Strong grounding in brand storytelling through experiential marketing.
• Proven ability in vendor and project management.
• Creative mindset with a track record of building original event IPs.
• Agency experience is an added advantage .
