Event Manager

Role Overview:
The Event Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing engaging events at Black Bunny to attract footfall, enhance customer experience, and build brand value. This includes in-house festive events, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, school tie-ups, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Ideation: Develop creative concepts for events aligned with brand image and seasonal/festive themes.
• Execution & Coordination: Manage all event logistics including décor, vendors, entertainment, equipment, and manpower.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients for birthdays, corporate bookings, and special events to ensure satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Prepare event budgets, negotiate vendor rates, and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing team for event promotions via social media, local advertising, and collaborations.
• Vendor Management: Identify and coordinate with vendors, artists, and service providers.
• On-ground Management: Supervise event setup, execution, and troubleshooting during events.
• Post-event Reporting: Track attendance, ROI, customer feedback, and prepare performance reports.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all events follow safety protocols, especially in game zones and high-footfall areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
