As we are growing faster, we are looking for highly talented Event Management preferably female candidates to join our dynamic team.

The Event Manager will work closely with the Founder (The Chief Dreamer) and be a part of the visionary team and play a key role in executing the vision of the organization

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

▪ Manage and coordinate multiple teams to handle multiple projects seamlessly.

▪ Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet our client satisfaction

2. New Client Interaction:

▪ You should handle selective premium inquiries and presenting project proposals and help in winning the deals.

3. Team Leadership:

▪ Brief project details effectively to operations/delivery teams for flawless execution.

▪ Work in close collaboration with internal teams, including Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Purchase, to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination:

▪ Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring alignment with project timelines and standards.

▪ Handle contract negotiations, follow-ups, and quality checks to ensure the availability of resources and timely delivery.

5. Management Reporting :

▪ Work closely with the Founder(Chief Dreamer ) to keep her updated on project progress.

▪ Take feedback, ensure its implementation, and report back on the outcomes.

6. Performance Reporting:

▪ Present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management team, including key learnings, corrective actions, preventive measures, and suggestions for improvement.

7. Quality Standards:

▪ Uphold Shigapettals’ commitment to quality and innovation in all aspects.

8. Crisis Management:

▪ Ability to work under tight timelines and effectively manage unforeseen challenges.

▪ Vendor follow-ups with vendors

Desired Qualities & Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning & management, organizations on project management role preferably from the same industry or from hospitality or related industries.
• You are an approachable personality with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English and Hindi is a must.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites on need basis .
• Proficiency in any one of the project management tools and help in implementing a project management tool
