Position: Event Manager/Admission Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning and Execution:
o Plan and coordinate all school events, including annual functions, sports days, cultural programs, and special celebrations.
o Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, equipment setup, and guest arrangements.
o Ensure the smooth execution of all events, from inception to completion, adhering to the schools standards and protocols.
o Organize and oversee excursions and educational trips for students and staff, ensuring safety and educational value.
2. Admissions:
Develop and implement strategic admission plans designed to achieve the school s enrollment targets.
Be directly responsible for the entire end-to-end admissions process
Liaise with parents on admission inquiries
Provide regular updates and data analysis on admission status to the Senior Leadership Team
