Role Overview

You will be the backbone of our on-ground delivery, managing vendors, teams, logistics, and execution frameworks to ensure every event lives up to our premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

Event Execution & Operations

• Lead planning, execution, and real-time management of on-ground events across India and abroad.
• Coordinate across internal teams, freelancers, and vendor partners for seamless setups.
  

Team & Resource Management

• Supervise event managers and support staff, ensuring responsibilities are clear and deadlines met.
• Uphold team discipline and instill operational best practices.
  

Vendor & Inventory Coordination

• Negotiate with vendors for timely and cost-effective execution.
• Maintain and track inventory to prevent losses and inefficiencies.
  

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the single point of contact during execution, aligning with client servicing teams to ensure expectations are met.
• Address on-ground issues and ensure swift resolution.
  

Quality Control & Reporting

• Conduct dry runs, ensure brand standards are maintained, and document execution through detailed reports and photographs.
• Capture event feedback and maintain operational logs.
  

Who You Are

• 4-6 years of experience in Operations (preferably in Events, Exhibitions, or Brand Activation)
• Strong people manager with excellent coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi both verbal and written
• Proficient in tools like Google Sheets, Trello, and modern event-tech systems
• Willing to travel pan-India and internationally on short notice
