Event Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, décor, audiovisual setup, and vendor management.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and on-site operations.
• Support marketing and promotional activities for events, including social media, invitations, and registration.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure a seamless experience.
• Track and report event performance metrics and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
