About the Role

Event Coordinator

You will play a key role in ensuring our events run seamlessly from start to finish — handling operations, vendor management, backstage flow, and making sure every detail is executed perfectly.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management:
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and production teams.
Ensure setup, logistics, and technical arrangements are executed as planned.
Backstage & On-Ground Management:
Handle backstage flow, artist/guest coordination, and performance schedules.
Monitor real-time event activities to avoid delays or errors.
Event Products & Collaterals:
Manage event merchandise, props, and branding materials.
Ensure all event products are ready, organized, and available on-site.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
Communicate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Negotiate and maintain timelines, deliveries, and quality standards.
Reporting & Post-Event Support:
Maintain checklists, budgets, and event reports.
Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.

Who Can Apply

Graduate/Postgraduate in
Event Management / Hospitality / Mass Communication / Related field
1–3 years of experience in
event coordination, backstage management, or production handling
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and people management ability
Comfortable with travel and flexible working hours (events may include late evenings/weekends)
