Role Overview-We are looking for a dynamic and driven Event Coordinator who will take ownership of planning, managing, and executing corporate events to promote our financial products. This is a high-energy role that requires creativity, organizational excellence, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute end-to-end corporate events, from concept to delivery. Approach and engage corporates to promote our financial products. Obtain approvals from clients and ensure alignment with their requirements. Manage vendor coordination, budgeting, timelines, and event setup. Oversee event-day execution and ensure smooth operations. Track event performance, ROI, and share reports with management. What We’re Looking For Prior experience in event coordination/management (corporate events preferred). Excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end event responsibilities. A creative mindset with attention to detail. Compensation 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month 🎯 Incentives: Up to ₹60,000 based on performance
