Event Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate, promotional, and marketing events.
Draft press releases, event write-ups, and media content (journalism/PR background preferred)
Manage
digital marketing campaigns
(social media, SEO, email, ads) to promote events.
Create engaging event collaterals, posters, and digital creatives (graphic design skills required).
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Track event performance and share post-event reports.

Key Skills Required:

Strong writing and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in
digital marketing tools
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing).
Proficiency in
graphic designing tools
(Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Excellent coordination, multitasking, and time management skills.

Education:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
