Event Coordinator

As an Events Assistant, your role involves supporting the Event Manager in efficiently planning and executing multiple events. Here are key responsibilities you will be handling: - Attend regular event office meets and assist in formulating revenue-generating strategies. - Help in planning and coordinating various events simultaneously. - Prepare presentations for small-scale events and maintain a safe working environment. - Create an event database and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for quotes. - Maintain a list of backup vendors for emergency event requirements. - Conduct venue and accommodation recees, ensuring adherence to budget constraints. - Collaborate with the team to contribute ideas and suggestions for goal achievement. - Negotiate prices with performers and suppliers while ensuring client's vision in event designs. - Maximize revenue generation by approaching potential event leads and managing event budgets efficiently. - Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed on-site, providing excellent customer service. - Assist in dismantling event setups, analyzing event performance, and managing post-event expenses. - Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
