Working days:- Monday-Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, social functions, and special occasions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring cost control and quality standards.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for venue, catering, décor, entertainment, logistics, and other services.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations throughout.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities for events (social media, email campaigns, etc.).
• Manage guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and on-site registration.
• Handle all event-related communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving during the event.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Canva
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
