Event Coordinator

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute various types of events from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage timelines, vendors, budgets, and on-site execution.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and execute events including corporate events, workshops, product launches, social events, etc.Handle event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, permits, catering, audio-visual setup, and transportation.Develop event timelines and manage execution schedules.Prepare and manage event budgets; track expenses and ensure cost-efficiency.Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, design) and external partners (vendors, sponsors, clients).Manage event promotions in collaboration with the marketing team (email, social media, etc.)Handle on-site event management, registration, troubleshooting, and overall flow.Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports to assess success and areas for improvement.Maintain documentation for all events including contracts, invoices, feedback, and reports.Requirements:Proven experience as an Event Coordinator, Event Planner, or similar role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of event management tools is a plus.Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required.Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.Preferred Skills:Creativity in event themes and execution.Understanding of current trends in event planning.Strong vendor network and local area knowledge (optional, if location-specific).Time management and budgeting skills.
