Events & Community Marketing Manager – US GTM


Role Details

  • Reporting To: VP of Demand Generation & Revenue Strategy (or as assigned)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Location: Remote (Pan-India)
  • Shift: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)


We are looking for an experienced Events & Community Marketing Manager to lead and execute our end-to-end US events and GTM community strategy. This role will own both virtual and in-person experiences including executive dinners, field events, webinars, and community-led initiatives, with a strong focus on Revenue, Sales, and GTM communities.

The ideal candidate has proven experience running US-based events remotely, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering high-impact programs in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.


What You Will Do


Events Strategy & Execution

  • Own and manage the complete US events calendar, including:
  • ~24 executive dinners per year
  • 12–20 field events annually across multiple US regions
  • Plan and execute in-person events end-to-end, including:
  • Venue sourcing & contracting
  • Vendor and agency negotiations
  • Travel & logistics coordination
  • On-site event execution
  • Post-event follow-ups and reporting
  • Lead and deliver virtual events, webinars, and remote experiences with high engagement and flawless execution


Community & GTM Engagement

  • Identify and activate high-value RevOps, Sales, and GTM communities
  • Build and grow SalesIntel’s presence across key GTM communities
  • Own and scale RevOps and GTM communities, driving:
  • Participation
  • Knowledge sharing
  • Long-term engagement and loyalty


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Leadership to align events with pipeline, revenue, and brand objectives
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and ROI tracking
  • Coordinate with agencies, venues, vendors, and internal teams across time zones
  • Track and report on attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, and feedback
  • Continuously optimize formats, locations, and experiences based on performance insights


Required Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of hands-on US-focused Events Marketing experience (remote + in-person)
  • Strong experience managing:
  • Executive dinners
  • Field events
  • Community programs
  • Proven background in B2B SaaS or technology-driven companies
  • Experience managing GTM, RevOps, Sales, or Marketing communities
  • Deep understanding of US event booking, venues, and vendor management (including Virginia and other key US regions)
  • Experience working EST hours and collaborating with US-based stakeholders
  • Familiarity with event platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to understand diverse US accents
  • Highly organized with strong project management, problem-solving, and ownership mindset
  • Comfortable working extended or flexible hours during event cycles
