European Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The European Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and establishing strong relationships with clients and partners across Europe. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company’s presence across European markets.
  • Identify new opportunities, partners, distributors, and potential clients within various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and business networks.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluation to support decision-making and product positioning.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize business contracts with European clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of business deals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business events across Europe.
  • Monitor business performance, evaluate progress, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide detailed reports, projections, and insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with European regulations, standards, and industry requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, international sales, or European market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of European business culture, market dynamics, and regulatory framework.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and market growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across European countries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (additional European languages is a strong advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
