· Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL workflows.
· Architect and optimize data warehouse (DWH) solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability
· Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading
· Collaborate with data analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements
· Lead and mentor a team of ETL developers, ensuring best practices and code quality
· Evaluate and onboard new ETL tools and technologies as needed
· Implement data governance, quality checks, and monitoring mechanisms
· 8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in ETL development using at least one prominent ETL tool
· Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
· Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and performance tuning
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
· Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for modern data transformation workflows
· Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for automation
