**Job Description:** As an Estimator at SR ASSOCIATES in Davangere, your role will involve analyzing costs and creating detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Your daily responsibilities will include calculating time, labor, materials, and equipment costs, reviewing project specifications and blueprints, engaging with clients and vendors, and participating in site visits. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing bids, overseeing project progress to ensure cost-effectiveness, and monitoring project timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze costs and generate detailed cost estimates for construction projects - Calculate time, labor, materials, and equipment costs - Review project specifications and blueprints - Consult with clients and vendors - Attend site visits - Prepare and submit bids - Monitor project progress to ensure cost efficiency **Qualifications:** - Strong analytical and quantitative skills - Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite - Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication and negotiation abilities - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred - Previous experience as an Estimator or in a similar role is advantageous - Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents,
