To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Ability to review and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents. - Proficiency in cost estimating, budgeting, and preparation of bid proposals. - Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills. - Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency with relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office and estimating software. - Experience in the construction or rebar industry is a strong advantage. - A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.,
