Job Description

Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand project scope and requirements.

Conduct site visits and assessments when necessary to gather data for accurate estimations.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.
Utilize estimating software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Obtain and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate estimates and project feasibility.
Provide support in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of all estimates, revisions, and project costs.

Must Have

Bachelor s of Engineering - Civil, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in estimation.
Proficiency in estimation software
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
Preference - Candidate stay at pune.

Nice to have

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Have own Laptop
