Role Description


  • Prepare detailed 

    BOQs, quotations, and material estimates

     for interior & civil works.
  • Draft and edit 

    2D layouts, furniture plans, and service drawings

     using AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for cost accuracy.
  • Maintain unit rate database and assist in cost optimization.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in cost estimation, project analysis, and material take-offs
  • Proficiency in 

    AutoCAD (2D)

    , Excel & measurement tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools, including MS Excel and estimation tools
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams
  • Knowledge of 

    interior fit-out, civil, and modular furniture

     items.
  • Prior experience in the interior design and construction industry is preferred
