Company Description Design Pocket Pvt Ltd – an innovative interior design and fit-out company – is looking for a proactive Estimation Executive to join our growing team. Role Description Prepare detailed BOQs, quotations, and material estimates for interior & civil works. Draft and edit 2D layouts, furniture plans, and service drawings using AutoCAD. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for cost accuracy. Maintain unit rate database and assist in cost optimization. Qualifications Proficiency in cost estimation, project analysis, and material take-offs Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) , Excel & measurement tools. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies Proficiency in using relevant software tools, including MS Excel and estimation tools Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams Knowledge of interior fit-out, civil, and modular furniture items.
