Estimation Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-focused & technically strong Estimation Executive to handle BOQ preparation, cost estimation & quotation submissions for our fire-safety & MEP-related projects. This is a fully office-based role requiring strong numerical accuracy & understanding of project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantity (BOQ) based on drawings, project specifications and site inputs
• Estimate material quantities, labour requirements & overall project cost
• Prepare & submit accurate quotations within scheduled timelines
• Coordinate with the engineering & procurement teams for pricing & technical inputs
• Maintain updated cost databases, vendor rates & material lists
• Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards & company guidelines
• Support project teams with clarification on quantities & cost-related queries

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in MEP works (estimation experience preferred)
• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or M.Sc Mathematics / Physics
• Strong numerical & analytical skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings & specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Good communication & documentation skills
• Ability to work accurately with deadlines
