Estimate & Billing Manager

Job Title: Estimate & Billing Manager (Interior & Construction Projects) Job Summary: - Lead the estimation and billing teams for interior and construction projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of estimates and bills to clients. - Develop and implement processes to improve estimation and billing efficiency and accuracy. - Review and finalize estimates and bills before submission to clients. - Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment and accuracy. - Analyze and resolve estimation and billing discrepancies and client queries. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce errors. - Manage and train estimation and billing staff to ensure high performance and career development. Key Responsibilities: - Estimate Management: - Prepare and review project estimates, including material, labor, and overhead costs. - Develop and maintain estimation templates and databases for interior and construction projects. - Billing Management: - Manage the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely payment from clients. - Prepare and review project bills, including progress payments, final invoices, and change orders. - Project Collaboration: - Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate estimation and billing. - Process Improvement: - Identify opportunities to improve estimation and billing processes. - Implement changes to increase productivity and reduce errors. - Team Management: - Manage and train estimation and billing staff. - Ensure high performance and career development. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation and billing management for interior and construction projects. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. - Proficient in estimation and billing software (e.g., Auto-cad, Autodesk). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
