Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities Site Supervision & Execution Oversee day-to-day site activities for both civil and interior works. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers on-site. Civil Works Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, false ceiling, and other civil activities. Conduct checks on alignment, levels, and finishing. Ensure compliance with structural design and safety norms. Interior Works Supervise carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, modular furniture, and finishing works. Verify installation of materials and fixtures against approved BOQ and design. Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and consultants. Project Coordination Act as a link between office/design team and on-site team. Conduct site meetings to resolve technical and execution issues. Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports. Quality & Safety Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship. Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with health & safety standards. Planning & Cost Control Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management. Minimize wastage of materials and monitor budget adherence. Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals. Familiarity with interior fit-out execution (false ceiling, flooring, carpentry, etc.). Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and leadership abilities. QualificationsEducation: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Interior design exposure is a plus). Experience: 2–6 years of site execution experience in both civil and interior projects.
